Old Trafford: stadium guide

Manchester United's home, but the spiritual home of the Super League Grand Final since 1998. Hosts the championship-deciding match every October. The 2015 final drew the largest Grand Final crowd in history at 73,512. Most recently, it hosted the 2026 Grand Final on 3 October, where Wakefield Trinity beat Warrington Wolves 23–10 to win their first Super League title.

Parking

Official car parks E1 and E2 by the main eastern entrance, from around £12 — these sell out well in advance for the Grand Final, so book early. Park-and-ride at major Metrolink stops is the easier fallback.

Pre-match pubs

The Bishop Blaize and The Trafford, both near the Chester Road/Warwick Road junction, are the go-to pubs right by the ground.
