Editorial corrections

The fastest way to get something fixed: email hello@rugbyleaguestreams.com. We log corrections silently rather than publishing change logs, but we read every message and we update fast — typically within 48 hours for clear factual fixes.

Common corrections we get:

• A new rights deal we haven't picked up
• A team's roster has shifted (transfer, retirement, coach change)
• A broadcaster has changed pricing or stopped carrying a competition
• A typo, broken link, or wrong stadium name

If you're emailing about a transfer, please include a source link — we don't publish rumours, only confirmed announcements.

Coverage requests

If we don't currently cover a competition or country you care about, let us know. The site is built around a data-first system — adding a new country guide takes about 30 minutes once we have the broadcaster information. We prioritise additions based on actual reader requests, so a single email can genuinely move the roadmap.

If you're a broadcaster, league, or affiliate network looking to discuss commercial relationships or partnerships, the same email address reaches us: hello@rugbyleaguestreams.com. Please use a subject line that makes the inquiry obvious — we triage editorial and commercial separately.

What we can't help with

We're a streaming reference site, not a customer service desk for the broadcasters themselves. If your Watch NRL subscription has stopped working, your Kayo billing is wrong, or your Sky+ box is misbehaving, you'll need to contact that company directly. We can tell you which broadcaster covers which match in which country, but we can't fix a stream that won't load.
