Affiliate disclosure

How affiliate links work on this site and what they mean for you.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and sign up for a service or buy a product, we may earn a commission. The price you pay is exactly the same — you don't pay extra for using our link.

Amazon Associates

This site is a participant in the Amazon Associates programme — an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon properties. Specifically, we participate in Amazon Associates UK, US, and Australia. Product picks shown in the orange-bordered "Affiliate picks" panels on this site link to Amazon's storefront for your country with our Associates tag attached.

Per the Amazon Associates Programme Operating Agreement: "As an Amazon Associate, Rugby League Streams earns from qualifying purchases."

Streaming service affiliates

We have or are pursuing affiliate relationships with broadcasters and aggregators including Watch NRL, Kayo Sports, Fubo, NOW, DAZN, and Premier Sports, typically through affiliate networks like Impact, Awin, and Commission Junction.

How this affects what we recommend

It doesn't. Our editorial process picks the best legal option for the reader's country and competition first. Where multiple legitimate options exist, we list them all. Affiliate availability is a tiebreaker only when two options are otherwise equivalent — and we say so when it is.

If we recommend a free-to-air option (BBC, Channel 9, BBC iPlayer) we receive nothing. We recommend it because it's the right answer for that user. Same for the Amazon picks — they're products we'd genuinely point a friend toward, and the search-based links mean we earn from the category rather than pushing one specific product.

How to spot affiliate links

Affiliate links on this site carry a rel="sponsored" attribute as required by Google's webmaster guidelines. Amazon links additionally open in a new tab. Direct (non-affiliate) links carry rel="nofollow".
